During the charging and charging process,
Golf Cart must be equipped with handbrakes, direction switches in neutral, switches off (i.e. ignition locks), and keys removed. Because during normal charging, the dashboard does not display at all. The emergency power switch must comply with the opening form.
2. Open the valve seat cover and battery cover.
3. Separate the controller output plug from the battery input plug, and unplug the charger input plug from the battery output plug. Note: (When the vehicle is driving, the battery end plug is the input end, and the battery end plug is the output end when the vehicle is charging.)
4. Unplug the 220V power socket from the three-phase plug output by the charger.
5. Turn on the charger switch, and when the charger power light is on, the digital display scrolls and the fan rotates.
6. After the charger overflow light is charged, the charger switch OFF position is displayed.
7. Check the electrolyte level of every three cells of each battery in the Lithium Golf Carts. If any cell is short of electrolyte, add distilled water to the cell until the liquid level can be seen. Then turn on the charger switch to the ON position and charge for 1~2 hours, then turn off the charger switch. If there is no water shortage, follow step 8.
8. Unplug the three-phase plug at the charger output end.
9. Unplug the charger input plug and insert the controller plug into the battery charging plug.
