Maintenance requirements for Sightseeing Bus

2025,05,16
Sightseeing Bus should be fully charged every time, and charging should be avoided midway (occasional charging midway has little effect on the battery). Sightseeing Bus must be charged on the same day after each use (more than 15 kilometers).

Do not store with low power. They must be fully charged before being idle, and charged every 15 to 20 days during storage. Keep the battery surface clean and dry, and the connecting wires in firm contact (no rust on the contacts, apply vaseline), and check them weekly.
If the battery is abnormal (the mileage is significantly reduced, and the self-discharge is obvious when not used), it should be tested and handled in time. If the liquid in a cell of an Electric Sightseeing Car battery is turbid or the liquid level drops significantly, it should be tested and handled immediately.
Battery damage usually only occurs in 1 to 2 batteries first. If it is not handled in time, it will affect other batteries. Do not rinse electrical components such as electronic controls and fuse boxes with water! You can use a brush or high-pressure gas to remove dust.
Charger sequence: Charger connected to the vehicle body → Connect to 220V power → Turn on the charger switch (reverse operation after full operation), the power cord connected to the charger should be more than 3 square meters (it is recommended to use waterproof cable to lead directly from the distribution box), and the power socket connected to the charger should be 16A (sixteen ampere hours) (such as qualified cabinet air conditioning socket).
The power socket should be connected separately and other electrical appliances should not be mixed. The connection line between the charger and the battery should not be extended at will. Someone must be on duty within 1 hour after the start of charging. If the wire is heated and softened, it means that the wire is unqualified and please stop charging.
Non-professional personnel of energy-saving Sightseeing Bus should not repair the electrical parts by themselves, and do not disassemble the battery by themselves (when removing the battery from the car, remove the negative pole first and then the positive pole. When installing the battery, the positive pole should be installed first and then the negative pole.
After the cable connector is removed, it must not touch the vehicle body, etc., to avoid explosion). It is normal for Sightseeing Bus to have a shorter driving mileage in winter; if the battery is not fully charged during winter storage, it will cause the battery to freeze and crack.
