1. Regular maintenance
During the entire use process, if the
Lithium Golf Carts suddenly drops more than 10 kilometers in a short period of time, at least one battery in the battery pack will be damaged. At this time, you should immediately go to the market sales management center or the agent maintenance unit for inspection, repair or matching. This will extend the life of the battery pack and save your assets.
2. Prevent high current discharge
When the Lithium Golf Carts starts, carries passengers or goes uphill, the mobile alarm room should minimize collisions and accelerations, causing instantaneous high current discharge. High current discharge can easily lead to the generation of lead sulfate crystals, endangering the chemical properties of the battery plate.
3. Prohibit power loss during storage
When storing and storing batteries, never turn off the power. Power failure means that the battery is not charged immediately. If the battery is not stored under sufficient conditions, it is easy to produce hydrochloric acid. Lead sulfate crystals adhere to the plate and block the current. Ion channels lead to insufficient charging and reduced battery capacity. The longer the idle time, the more serious the battery damage. Therefore, when the battery is not in use, it should be filled once a month to keep the battery in good physical and mental health as soon as possible.
4. Avoid exposure
Golf Cart are prohibited from exposure. The high temperature natural environment will increase the internal working pressure of the battery, causing the battery to lack water, resulting in a decrease in the overall activity of the battery and accelerating the embrittlement of the battery.
5. Correctly grasp the charging time
During the entire application process,
Electric Golf Cart should accurately grasp the charging time according to the specific situation, refer to the general frequency of use and mileage, and master the charging frequency. When the car is running normally, if the electric meter shows red and yellow lights, it should be charged.
If only the red light is left, stop the actual operation immediately and charge. Otherwise, the battery discharge is too large, which will seriously reduce the service life of the battery. When the battery is fully charged, the charging time should not be too long. The charging time should not be too long, otherwise there will be too much charging, which will make the battery heat up. Overcharging, over-discharging and undercharging will reduce the battery life. Generally speaking, the average charging time of the battery is about 10 hours. If the entire charging process exceeds 65°C, the charging should be terminated.
