The silent box body is designed and produced by bus body technology, and adopts a semi-load-bearing design. The six large frames of the body structure are connected by welding and other methods to form an overall space frame, which has the characteristics of good load-bearing capacity and high overall strength. The inner wall of the unit room is installed with perforated aluminum plates, and the interior is filled with sound-absorbing cotton, which has good sound absorption effect and beautiful appearance.

 

The silent car is divided into a secondary anechoic room, a unit room, and a cable room from beginning to end, with a reasonable design and compact structure.

There is a DC lighting system on the unit room and control panel inside the car body, an AC socket is provided in the silent car, and an AC explosion-proof lighting lamp is arranged in the unit room.

 

The chassis is equipped with an electric hydraulic support system, which makes most (or all) of the weight of the vehicle supported by the support legs during operation, thereby maintaining the stability of the vehicle body and reducing the load on the vehicle spring steel plate.

 

The AC output cable is equipped with a rubber-type 50-meter reel. The cable is specially used for various mobile power supplies and mobile power platforms and can withstand large mechanical forces.
